สมาคมนักอุทกวิทยาไทย (Thai Hydra) จัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU) ร่วมกับสมาคมทรัพยากรน้ำแห่งเกาหลีใต้ (Korea Water Resources Association: KWRA)

    • ฝ่ายไทย: นายสัญชัย เกตุวรชัย (นายกสมาคมฯ) เป็นผู้ลงนาม โดยมี รศ. ดร.บัญชา ขวัญยืน (อุปนายกฝ่ายวิชาการ) เป็นพยาน

    • ฝ่ายเกาหลีใต้: ประธานสมาคม KWRA ได้ลงนามล่วงหน้ามาแล้ว และมี ดร.อี บอมฮี (รองประธานสมาคม KWRA) เดินทางมาร่วมงานและลงนามเป็นพยานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้แทนจาก KWRA

    • ผู้สังเกตการณ์: ดร.ดิงห์ ญัต กวาง จาก Thuyloi University ประเทศเวียดนาม เข้าร่วมสังเกตการณ์

  • เป้าหมายสำคัญ: เพื่อสานต่อและยกระดับความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ การวิจัย การแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ และการพัฒนาบุคลากร ร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำอย่างยั่งยืน รวมถึงเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการรับมือกับความท้าทายจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ (Climate Resilience) ของทั้งสองประเทศ

The Thai Hydrologists Association (Thai Hydra) officially held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with the Korea Water Resources Association (KWRA).

  • Date, Time & Venue: July 3, 2026, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. during the Thai Water Expo 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), Bangkok.

  • Key Signatories & Witnesses:

    • Thai Delegation: Signed by Mr. Sanchai Ketworachai (President of Thai Hydra) and witnessed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bancha Khwanyuen (Vice President for Academic Affairs).

    • South Korean Delegation: The agreement was signed in advance by the KWRA President, with Dr. Lee Beum Hee (Vice President of KWRA) attending to sign as the witness, accompanied by Dr. Ahn Kuk-Hyun and Dr. Kwon Siyoon.

    • Observer: Dr. Dinh Nhat Quang from Thuyloi University, Vietnam, also attended the ceremony as an official observer.

  • Key Objectives: This milestone agreement aims to strengthen the long-standing partnership between the two organizations. It focuses on promoting academic collaboration, joint research, knowledge exchange, and capacity building for sustainable water resources management and enhancing climate resilience.
