สมาคมนักอุทกวิทยาไทย (Thai Hydra) จัดงานสัมมนาวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ โชว์นวัตกรรมล้ำสมัยทั้ง Remote Sensing และ Deep Learning หวังยกระดับการบริหารจัดการน้ำและสร้างความพร้อมรับมือการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศอย่างยั่งยืน ณ ศูนย์ฯ สิริกิติ์

เดินหน้าแลกเปลี่ยนนวัตกรรมน้ำระดับนานาชาติ

เมื่อวันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2569 สมาคมนักอุทกวิทยาไทย (Thai Hydrologists Association) ได้จัดการสัมมนาวิชาการ Session II ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Using New Technology to Cope with Climate Change and Elevate Climate Resilience” ขึ้นภายในงาน Thai Water Expo 2026 ณ ห้อง MR111 AB ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์

การสัมมนาในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.บัญชา ขวัญยืน อุปนายกฝ่ายวิชาการ สมาคมนักอุทกวิทยาไทย ทำหน้าที่เป็นประธานในพิธี (Chairman) พร้อมด้วย นายสัญชัย เกตุวรชัย นายกสมาคมนักอุทกวิทยาไทย คณะที่ปรึกษา และคณะกรรมการสมาคม เข้าร่วมรับฟังการบรรยาย

นอกจากนี้ยังมีผู้แทนจากองค์กรพันธมิตรต่างประเทศเข้าร่วมอย่างคับคั่ง อาทิ:

  • Korea Water Resources Association (KWRA) ประเทศเกาหลีใต้

  • Thuyloi University ประเทศเวียดนาม

  • ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและนักวิชาการด้านการบริหารจัดการน้ำจากหลากหลายองค์กร

เจาะลึก 5 เทคโนโลยีขับเคลื่อนความยั่งยืน

ภายในงานได้มีการจัดเวทีนำเสนอองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมเพื่อการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำ ยกระดับการเตือนภัย และสร้างความยืดหยุ่นให้กับการจัดการน้ำในชุมชนเมือง (Urban Flood Resilience) ผ่าน 5 หัวข้อหลักสำคัญ ได้แก่:

  1. Remote Sensing: การใช้เทคโนโลยีสำรวจระยะไกลเพื่อติดตามสถานการณ์น้ำ

  2. Deep Learning: การประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ขั้นสูงในการวิเคราะห์และพยากรณ์ข้อมูลน้ำ

  3. Urban Flood Resilience: แนวทางการสร้างเมืองที่พร้อมรับมือและฟื้นตัวจากน้ำท่วม

  4. Smart Water Management: ระบบบริหารจัดการน้ำอัจฉริยะ

  5. Early Warning Systems: การพัฒนาระบบเตือนภัยล่วงหน้าที่มีความแม่นยำสูง

Thai Hydrologists Association Hosted Session II on Climate Resilience Technologies at Thai Water Expo 2026

On 3 July 2026, the Thai Hydrologists Association (Thai Hydra) organized an international academic seminar, Session II: “Using New Technology to Cope with Climate Change and Elevate Climate Resilience” at Thai Water Expo 2026, held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok.

International Academic Collaboration

The session was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bancha Khwanyuen, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and attended by Mr. Sanchai Ketworachai, President of the Association, along with the Advisory Board and Executive Committee members.

The event also welcomed international delegates and water professionals, including representatives from:

  • Korea Water Resources Association (KWRA)

  • Thuyloi University, Vietnam

Advancing Sustainable Water Management

The seminar provided an international platform for sharing innovative technologies and strengthening academic collaboration. Key discussion topics focused on cutting-edge solutions to advance sustainable water management and climate resilience, including:

  • Remote Sensing and Deep Learning Applications

  • Urban Flood Resilience

  • Smart Water Management

  • Early Warning Systems

The Thai Hydrologists Association expressed its gratitude to all speakers, participants, and stakeholders for sharing their expertise and supporting the development of water resource management in Thailand and the region.
